Little Monster Sleep Solutions serves families with children aged 6 months to 6 years old, and specialize in helping families of tough cookie babies, toddlers, and preschoolers - Little Monsters! (My son was the inspiration for the business name - I have been where you're at!)

Thanks to my certification as a Child Sleep Consultant via the Family Sleep Institute, I have been trained in a variety of sleep training methods and will help parents choose the one that is right for their child and family. Teamwork makes the dream work! I am honored to work with families of all shapes and sizes, cultures and origins. I will respect your parenting philosophy and your cultural values. I serve with compassion, kindness, and NO JUDGEMENT (but I will keep it real if you need some tough love!).
